Tai Chi Group

Tai Chi is an internal martial art that blends traditional Chinese philosophy with wellness wisdom. It emphasizes harmony between body and mind, balancing movement and stillness. Practicing Tai Chi helps improve flexibility, balance, inner energy, and mental focus.

Our society hosts regular Tai Chi sessions led by experienced members. The program includes foundational postures, guided breathing, and both 8-form and 24-form Tai Chi routines—suitable for beginners and those with prior experience. Each session incorporates gentle warm-ups and stretching, allowing older adults to practice steadily at their own pace.

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, accommodating various physical abilities. This activity not only promotes physical health, but also offers a mindful journey of self-connection and community engagement.
