Monthly Birthday Celebrations

To share the joy of special occasions and strengthen community bonds, our centre hosts monthly birthday celebrations—an event cherished by many members. Jointly supported by the City of Melbourne and our organisation, these gatherings prioritise elderly residents living alone in public housing and those less engaged in other activities.

With volunteers offering friendly companionship, each celebration features live performances, birthday red envelopes, and lucky draws—all in a warm and festive setting. Events are held alternately at the Melbourne City Centre and The Gold Leaf Restaurant in Preston, providing comfortable spaces and delicious meals that make every celebration truly memorable.
