HCP/SAP (Support at Home) – 2025 -VECWS Fee Summary

Effective from 27 November 2025, VECWS have updated client contribution rates following an annual pricing review.
Client Contributions
• Standard hourly rates vary by service type and provider.
• Financial Assistance Caps remain in place for eligible clients:
o If you're already paying the capped amount, no change.
o If not, increases apply up to your cap.
• Hardship provisions are available for clients facing financial stress due to medical or pharmaceutical costs.
Key Notes
• Cancellation within 48 business hours may incur full charges.
• Pricing is reviewed annually to ensure sustainability and fairness.
• Additional costs may apply for transportation and meals during outings.

Social Support and Community Engagement
Includes Individual Social Support such as Accompanied Activities, Cultural Support, Digital Education and Support, and Assistance to Maintain Personal Affairs.
